No-Nonsense FREE RETURNS within 15 days
Here at HIKERUNNER, we understand if you have a change of mind. These things happen.
We want to make sure that your shopping experience at HIKERUNNER.COM is always positive.
Our catalogs are from different suppliers and manufacturers. They do have different return policies.
We try our best to maintain a standard Return policy to make it easy for our shoppers. In the future, we would be working with only suppliers that would accept longer return windows. Until then, please bear with us as we have just launched this store.
Unless otherwise explicitly mentioned on the Product page that "Returns are not accepted", we’ll be happy to accept Returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. No questions asked!
We’ll even cover the cost of return shipping!
For us to accept your returns, returned item(s) must be unused, in the original condition that you received it, must still have tags on and must also be in the original packaging.
We won't be able to exchange / refund your item(s) if the item(s) you returned is found to be modified from its original form when you purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged. We hope you understand.
WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY
If you have received a wrong or damaged item(s), please let us know of the issue within 3 days of delivery, with pictures of the defective item(s) as proof. We would do our best to address the issue.
If your claim is approved, we would issue either a replacement or refund. If we are not notified of the issue within 3 days of you receiving the item(s), the claim will not be accepted for review. The sale would be considered Final.
Once your return or exchange is authorized and issued an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form / slip, you would ship back the item(s), along with the RMA form / slip.
Please DO NOT SHIP back the item(s) before contacting us first, or WITHOUT our authorization or WITHOUT an RMA form / slip.
Upon receipt of your returned item(s) and our verification, we will notify you if your return qualifies for an exchange or refund. No need to worry, if you have followed the return eligibility steps mentioned above.
To return an item or report an issue, please forward the original order email to support@hikerunner.com, with the following information:
Your name
Order number
Reason of contacting our Customer Support: Either a decision to Return or the issue (damaged, wrong size etc.)
Whether if you would like an exchange or a refund
ORDER CANCELATION
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order any time before it has been shipped out. Once it has been shipped out or a Tracking number has been provided to you via email, you can no longer cancel the order.
So, please do reach out immediately to support@hikerunner.com by forwarding the order email, asking for cancelation, and we would check if the order can be still canceled.
