Shipping Policy

As of now, we ship only to addresses in the Lower 48 states of US.

Most orders get shipped out directly from our US suppliers / manufacturers within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping is mostly done via USPS.
And most items would reach our customers within 7 - 10 days from the date of purchase.

However, some of our suppliers are based in both US and China. If the item is out of stock in their US warehouse, the item would be shipped from their warehouse in China, and it would take additional shipping time.
So, if that happens, please bear with us as we also don't want our customers to wait too long, but at the same time, we want our customers to be able to get the item they had liked and ordered.

Finally, we hope you understand that due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions and supply chain issue worldwide, shipping carriers are dealing with an unprecedented number of deliveries with a limited number of staff.
And hence it is possible that there could be further delays in some order shipments. Please allow up to 4 - 9 weeks for late deliveries and if you still don't receive by then, please reach out to support@hikerunner.com by forwarding the original order email that you had received from us.
